Never Mind the Global Economic Collapse: What about Plastic Bags???

Not so long from now, distinguished, elderly historians such as Lord (Andrew) Roberts of Manhattan OM and Sir Niall Fergusson are going to be re-examining the behaviour of the world’s political leaders in the run up to the greatest, most hideously painful economic crash in history. And then, sadly, these historians are going to keel over dead, laughing at the risible extent of the self-delusion, arrogance, remoteness and truly breathtaking stupidity displayed by men like David Cameron.

    BTW: Where did the lordship get his info on plastic bad decomposition? It’s not like I find pop tops from aluminium cans laying around from the seventies on the side of the roads?
